Some ideas for a Burns Night Menu.
Potato Wafers with smoked Salmon,watercress and horseradish ccream.
Fillet of Scottish Beef Steak,with Haggis stuffed Tomatoes,Savoy Cabbage,potato rosti and whiskey jus.

    Chicken Breast wrapped with Bacon and covered with a Pesto made from ,Tomatoes Mint Parsley,Sage Almonds Oil salt and Pepper and a little Tomato Puree
    Mashed Potatoes Cabbage
    Little Christmas Puddings and Ice Cream
