Moroccan  Chicken with prunes and Couscous
Broccoli cauliflower and peas

Today I started preparing the fish for the starter on Christmas Day,we have a selection of smoked Haddock Salmon Bassa fillets white Haddock and prawns.And I will be serving that with a Sauce Nantia. Shallots butter cream and white wine salt pepper and cayenne.Topped off with a pastry round.

\This evening I cooked
Smoked Haddock with a poached egg on the top.
Sauteed Potatoes Green Beans
Plum Crumble and ice cream.

I have Just made  a tomato and orange soup,ready for us tomorrow night when we come back from Bristol.
I used our own tomatoes!
